THE FRIENDLY VOICE, FCC's newsletter has articles, updates, current events, upcoming events. Last snail mail & email combined went out ~delayed~ Thursday, June 18th, 2009. (June 18 edition included calendars for both July 2009 and August 2009.) The Friendly Voice does not go to press during the months of July and August. We will resume again in September 2009.
